For the second quarter of 2025, concluded on July 30, Omega Flex reported a 3.7% year-over-year increase in net sales, which reached $25.5 million. However, this top-line advancement was countered by a 7.6% decline in net income, which fell to $4.16 million. The gross profit margin contracted from 61.8% to 60.4%, while operating income saw a steeper decline of 10.6%.
