Ondas Holdings is executing a significant operational and strategic shift, leveraging substantial new contracts and a key merger to reposition itself within the global defense sector. The company, a specialist in autonomous systems, is now forecasting a dramatic revenue surge for the coming year, building on preliminary results that have already surpassed expectations.

Financial Foundation and Forward Guidance

The company’s expansion strategy is backed by a strengthened balance sheet. In January, a capital raise exceeding one billion dollars bolstered its cash reserves to over $1.5 billion. This financial muscle is beginning to show in its operational performance. For the fourth quarter of 2025, Ondas anticipates revenue between $29.1 million and $30.1 million, a figure that tops its earlier forecast.

Looking further ahead, management has confirmed an ambitious revenue target of $170 million to $180 million for the full 2026 fiscal year. Despite these positive operational developments, the company’s shares currently trade at €8.68, approximately 28% below their January 52-week high. However, the stock still reflects a substantial gain of over 1,200% when viewed across a twelve-month horizon.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Ondas Holdings?

Strategic Moves: A Demining Contract and a Pivotal Merger

Two recent developments underscore Ondas’s growth trajectory. Its subsidiary, 4M Defense, has secured an initial operational contract as part of a national demining program in Israel. The first phase along the Israeli-Syrian border is valued at approximately $15.8 million. With the total program bid at over $30 million and the potential for additional phases, company management estimates the eventual total contract value could reach up to $60 million.

Concurrently, Ondas is advancing its expansion in the United States through a merger agreement with U.S. defense services provider Mistral Inc., finalized on March 9. This transaction provides Ondas with direct access to U.S. Department of Defense procurement programs. The strategic aim is clear: to transition from individual projects to securing long-term government contracts. Mistral contributes existing contract frameworks with a collective value of over one billion dollars, which could pave the way for Ondas’s entry into lucrative, sustained programs with the U.S. military.

The company will present further details regarding the Mistral integration and its audited 2025 financial results during a conference call scheduled for March 25.
