This regulatory status underscores the continued interest from suitor Frontier Bidco, even as some institutional investors begin fine-tuning their stakes.

Maintaining its place on the Panel’s official disclosure list for takeovers ensures transparency and an orderly process for all shareholders. The watchdog is closely monitoring developments, with future reports expected to provide updates on the progress of discussions. While Frontier Bidco is positioned as the interested party, a definitive timetable for a formal binding offer has not yet been established.

Investment manager Rathbones Group disclosed a holding of 2.34% in the fintech specialist, equivalent to approximately 3.92 million ordinary shares. Accompanying this disclosure was a note of a minor adjustment: on Thursday, the group sold a parcel of 14,378 shares at a price of 108.55 pence each. Such small-scale transactions are not uncommon during active offer periods as investors await final details from bidders.
