Exploration Strategy and Upcoming Programs
The initial findings from the field have been encouraging, according to the company. Preparations are already underway for a subsequent exploration campaign at the Ubiquity Lake Uranium Project. The pending assay data will be used to tailor that program with precision.

Geographically, the Ubiquity Lake project covers 1,382 hectares situated south of the Athabasca Basin. It lies directly adjacent to ALX Uranium’s Carpenter Lake Project. A significant geological feature is its proximity to the Cable Bay Shear Zone, which runs parallel to the Virgin River Shear Zone—a structural characteristic associated with Cameco’s Centennial uranium deposit.
Parallel Developments at Sheppard Lake
Concurrently, Bedford Metals is preparing to resume drilling at its Sheppard Lake Uranium Project. Operations there are scheduled to restart in the spring of 2026. The company had previously completed a Phase 3 exploration program at Sheppard Lake in late 2025. The planned drilling will focus on the TZ-2, TZ-1, and Warr Lake zones. Funding for this entire program is already secured.
