Kingman Minerals is intensifying its development efforts at the Mohave Project in Arizona through a new technical partnership. The company has engaged the specialized services of Burgex Inc. to conduct a systematic underground sampling and technical review program at the historic Rosebud Mine. This initiative aims to provide a modern, data-driven reassessment of the property’s known mineralization, investigating whether past gold and silver discoveries can form the foundation for a contemporary, large-scale mining operation.
Modern Techniques Meet Historical Data
The collaboration with Burgex Inc., announced Thursday, centers on obtaining new underground samples and performing a comprehensive technical evaluation. The goal is to significantly enhance the existing data for the Mohave Project. The area boasts a mining history stretching back to the 1880s, with previous exploration having identified high-grade gold and silver veins. Secured access to historical workings has already allowed for the recognition of zones containing exceptionally high ore grades. The current program is designed to validate these historical findings and reinterpret them within a modern geological framework.
This underground assessment follows closely on the heels of a key operational milestone achieved in February. The company received approval from Arizona’s relevant water authority for seven Phase III exploration drill holes. That drilling program commenced on schedule in late February and is primarily focused on the Southwick Corridor, an area that extends beyond the boundaries of the historic Rosebud Mine.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Kingman Minerals?
Integrating Exploration Streams
The targeting for these ongoing surface drills is based on a sophisticated 3D magnetic vector inversion model. Kingman Minerals is utilizing this precise structural interpretation to determine the extent of the precious metal-bearing veins. The state of Arizona provides stable operational conditions for such endeavors, supported by existing infrastructure and a mining-friendly regulatory environment.
By combining the results from the Southwick Corridor drilling with the detailed underground analysis at Rosebud, Kingman Minerals is working to consolidate and refine the geological model for the entire Mohave Project. The findings from Burgex Inc.’s subsurface sampling campaign will be critical in evaluating the potential to scale the historical resources into a commercially viable mining opportunity.
