BMO Capital analyst Rufus Hone has updated the price target for International Money Express (NASDAQ: IMXI) to $29, down from $30, on February 28, 2024. This adjustment was made to align with the company’s performance and current market conditions. Despite the change, BMO Capital maintains its positive outlook on International Money Express, rating it as “outperform.”

IMXI Stock Plummets 7.40% on February 28, 2024, But Shows Signs of Recovery in After-Hours Trading

On February 28, 2024, IMXI stock experienced a significant drop in its price, closing at $19.91, which was a $1.59 decrease from the previous day’s closing price. This represented a 7.40% drop in value for the stock on that particular day. However, there was a slight uptick in after-hours trading, with the stock rising by $0.01.

Earnings per share (EPS) for IMXI stock were reported at $1.63 for the past year, reflecting a 9.82% increase compared to the previous year. The EPS also saw a significant increase of 19.19% compared to the previous quarter, reaching $0.49.

Overall, IMXI stock showed strong growth in total revenue and net income compared to the previous year. However, the flat performance in both metrics compared to the previous quarter may have impacted investor sentiment. The increase in EPS, particularly in the last quarter, could be a positive indicator for the company’s future earnings potential.
