Analysts Boost Targets for Ondas Holdings Following Robust Outlook

Wall Street analysts have issued a series of upgraded price targets for Ondas Holdings in the wake of the company’s fourth-quarter 2025 financial report and a dramatically raised revenue forecast. The catalyst for this reassessment is a 2026 revenue projection that has surpassed even the most optimistic market expectations.

Financial Performance and Revised Guidance

For the full year 2025, Ondas Holdings reported revenue exceeding $50 million. The company’s fourth-quarter sales surged to $30.1 million, representing a staggering 629% increase compared to the same period last year. Concurrently, the gross margin showed substantial improvement, rising from 21% to 42%.

The most significant development, however, is the management’s updated outlook. The company now anticipates generating at least $375 million in revenue for 2026. This figure is more than double the forecast communicated in January and implies a sevenfold growth over the 2025 results. For the first quarter of 2026 alone, Ondas expects revenue between $38 million and $40 million.

Although the fourth quarter saw a reported net loss of $101 million, a substantial portion of this—$82.2 million—is attributed to a non-cash charge related to the valuation of warrant liabilities. Following recent capital measures, the company’s liquid assets stand at over $1.5 billion.

Strategic Expansion Through Acquisitions and Partnerships

A key component of Ondas’s growth strategy involves targeted acquisitions. The company finalized five acquisitions in the first quarter of 2026. Among these is the planned $150 million purchase of World View, expected to close in Q2 2026. Other acquisitions include Mistral, Rotron Aerospace, and BIRD Aerosystems. Furthermore, Ondas established a German joint venture named ONBERG, in which it holds a 51% majority stake.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Ondas Holdings?

In a strategically important move, Ondas also announced a new partnership with Palantir. The collaboration aims to develop an AI-powered platform for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. This system is designed to network drones and ground robots for defense and security applications.

Analyst Reactions and Path to Profitability

The combination of strong quarterly figures and rising demand for autonomous defense technologies prompted several research firms to revise their valuations upward:

  • Maxim Group: Lifted its price target from $16 to $22, maintaining a “Buy” rating.
  • Needham: Increased its target from $17 to $23.
  • Northland Securities: Raised its target from $16 to $18, with an “Outperform” rating.

Management has outlined a clear roadmap toward profitability. The company’s product divisions are projected to achieve positive EBITDA by the third quarter of 2026. The Ondas Autonomous Systems segment is expected to reach this milestone in Q3 2027, with the consolidated company targeting profitability for the first quarter of 2028.

In a separate filing, the company registered approximately 1.93 million shares for resale by selling shareholders. These securities were originally issued as part of the acquisition of Sentry CS Ltd.
