Miata Metals is accelerating the development of its gold assets in Suriname, with a fully funded, extensive drilling program now underway. The company’s primary objective is to expand known mineralization and make new discoveries within its Sela Creek project area this year.

Fully Funded Drilling Initiative Takes Center Stage

The core of the current operational push is a 25,000-meter diamond drilling campaign. This substantial program is designed to significantly extend the identified mineralization and test new targets across the property. The exploration team is focusing its efforts on several key zones, including Jons Trend, Big Berg, Puma, and Stranger.

Previous results from the Big Berg area have already provided strong evidence of a near-surface gold system. The ongoing drilling aims to determine the true extent of these mineralized structures. Miata Metals maintains a 70% interest in both the Sela Creek and Nassau projects. Both assets are situated within a geologically prospective greenstone belt in Suriname.
