Gogo Inc. has achieved a pivotal regulatory breakthrough for its HDX antenna system within Europe’s business aviation sector. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has granted certification for installation on Bombardier Global 5000 and 6000 aircraft models.

Strong Fundamentals Support Strategic Advance

Recent quarterly results demonstrate impressive financial momentum for the company:
– Revenue surged 121% to $226 million
– Adjusted EBITDA increased 103% to $61.7 million

Following this robust first-half performance, Gogo has raised its full-year guidance. The company’s 5G network, which already boasts 170 active towers across the United States and Canada, remains on track for a fourth-quarter 2025 launch.

Initial Deployment Underway with Austrian Operator

The regulatory milestone has already translated into practical implementation. ACC Columbia Jet Service has completed the first installation for Austrian carrier Skyside. Passengers now experience seamless high-speed internet connectivity during flights through the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO satellite network, enabling video conferencing, streaming services, and email functionality.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Gogo?

Additional certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transport Canada are anticipated. This achievement strengthens Gogo’s strategic position within the lucrative European business aviation market.

Leadership Confidence and Future Catalysts

In August, CEO Christopher Moore demonstrated his confidence in the company’s trajectory through personal investment, acquiring 10,000 shares at an average price of $12.11.

Market analysts maintain positive coverage on the equity, with an average price target of $14. Significant upcoming milestones include the November release of third-quarter financial results and the planned fourth-quarter 5G network deployment.
